The intelligent, flexible and mobile CCS cooking station enables professional cooking, with 230 V available almost everywhere, at any location, even in enclosed spaces thanks to the integrated steam extractor. Spring CCS is easy to transport thanks to its compact dimensions and high mobility. The integrated triple filter steam extractor and the splash guard panels offer the perfect solution for indoor and outdoor use. The shelves, panels and steam extractor can be stored in the body.
After removing the glass splash guard and the extractor shaft, the CCS cooking station can be transformed into a buffet in no time at all. In combination with Spring multi-layer cookware or CBS servers, it enables food to be kept warm and presented safely and cleanly. The precisely adjustable cooking function of the induction rechauds also allows food to be prepared directly in front of the guest. The Spring CCS is also suitable for use in combination with conventional buffets.
The CCS is equipped with a drawer compartment, the modules can be flexibly and quickly adapted for any use, long and narrow shelves meet additional cooking requirements.
